How To Order
This site is equipped with a Secure PAYPAL shopping cart. Simply
browse the listings and add them to your basket as you require. Once you have
finished ordering click view basket to proceed with your order. You will be
taken to the PAYPAL secure site where you can pay via Credit Card. Please note
that shipping is calculated automatically and is based on order value as
detailed below.
We always obtain proof of postage and cannot be held responsible
for items lost or damaged once they have been despatched.
Due to increased claims we no longer ship outside of the UK
without a tracking number. Please email BEFORE purchasing to get an
accurate postage quote
These prices are for Royal Mail signed for delivery
and apply to UK destinations only. Please email if

The shopping basket allows you to
alter the quantity of the item you wish to order. All items are in stock unless
stated, however if you require a large quantity of a particular item please
email PRIOR to ordering to ensure that your order can be fulfilled.
For customers not wishing to use
the online payment method we are able to accept personal cheque / postal orders
if you are within the UK. Customers outside of the UK can only pay via PAYPAL in
GBP please. To order in this way use the shopping basket to order your items and
then simply copy and paste the shopping list onto an email and send via this
link.

Terms & Conditions
By placing an order and making a purchase through this website you are
agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions of trade.
- Despatch Policy. We aim to ship
your item within 7 days however at busy times this may take a little
longer. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be advised by email
and given the option of cancelling this item for refund or substituting the
item for another item. In the event that we do not receive a reply to the
email request we will ship your order and refund the cost of any out of stock
items after any postage adjustments have been made.
- Pricing. The price shown is the
cost of the item excluding shipping. We reserve the right to amend, alter or
suspend pricing on any item at anytime. Shipping will be automatically
calculated on final value of order as per the table shown on this page.
- Shipping. These shipping costs
are for UK residents only. We are happy to ship abroad however you will
need to contact us with your location to enable a correct shipping cost to be
calculated. You are liable for any addition costs for shipping outside of the
UK. Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to
Customs & Excise Duty being paid upon receipt of the goods. You agree by
placing an order with us that you will be liable for these duties. Your item
will be carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping. We are not liable
for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 10 working days for your
item to arrive before making a claim for non receipt.
- Cancellation & Returns. You have
the right under the terms of the Distance Selling Act to a 7 day cooling off
period during which time you can cancel your order. All cancellations must be
made in writing, we do not accept unauthorised returns. If you wish to return
your order items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and at
your expense. We suggest that returned items are sent via signed for mail as
we are not liable for items lost in transit. You will be refunded the cost of
the items, less the original shipping cost within 30 days.
- Privacy. We will not pass your
details on to any third party. Your email address is the only information that
is stored by us. This is to inform you of your order status and to advise of
website updates. You can opt out of further website updates at any time by
following the instructions on the email.
- Usage. Please note that no claim
is made to the use of any of the items or their properties on this site. You
are responsible for the careful use of candles, incense and other hot items to
ensure your safety and that of others around you. As with any complimentary
therapy this is designed to compliment existing treatments and not to replace
them. Always consult a doctor.
- Knife Act. It is illegal to
purchase a knife if you are under 18. By ordering you are acknowledging that
you understand this and are over 18 years of age.
